Cancellation Policy
Clients who need to cancel their appointment may do so without any charge if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking. However, for cancellations made after 24 hours, a 30% cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be charged to the card on file or added to the balance of the next appointment.
